Yes you, the one who ignored us ( me & my sis ) when we came into the shop and only got up from whatever it is you were doing to happily greet and welcome another customer - a man dressed in a suit - that came in after us.
Excuse me. But whatever made you think we're not there to seriously look for shoes? Did we look a tad too young to be earning a living? Do we look like we can only afford shoes that are no more than $19.90? Or is it coz we're not all decked out in gucci or chanel?? Heck if we were decked out in gucci or chanel, would we give a rat's ass for j west?!
What you did was revolting. You have potential to be the face of the local service industry - the rubbish local service industry. I don't understand how you and well..countless other crappy sales people cultivate such horridly selective smiley service attitude. I mean, everyone who walks into your shop, IS a customer, whether or not they buy something from you eventually.
You should be ashamed of yourself, for having such LOUSY work attitude, for JUDGING others and well just plain spoiling the name of the product you're SUPPOSED to promote.
SHAME ON YOU.
