ulcer from hell

i have an ulcer under my tongue. yep. sounds gross eh? yea..it looks quite bad
the left side of my tonge feels swollen. i can't eat properly coz chewing hurts, sauces sting.
even eating oranges hurt! all that acidity!
i've tried icky powders, aloe vera ( apparently it works but it bugs my ulcer ALOT ), gargling very salty water ( puke inducing.. ) .. it's still not getting any better..
yea..i feel like i'm falling sick. i think i'm too heaty..from sleeping late..not drinking enough water..the crazy hot/cold weather..is taking a toll on my body and giving me a bloody swelling ulcer!!!!!

*screams*

i'm tempted to drop a tiny rock of sea salt on it..let it sizzle in the salt and just DIE!
now that's just wrong sounding isn't it?? it sounds like i'm trying to melt a slug..
